better late than never

I've been meaning to post this for about 2 weeks now. Oh well.
So this is a montage (?) from our trip to Illinois over the July 4th weekend. Matt's youngest brother was married on the 5th and we were all fortunate enough to have been a part of it. We had a great time while we were there. I know I felt like we packed an entire summer into one week. (hopefully we get that feeling again when we head to the beach in a couple weeks). Henry had so much fun. It was so nice to be somewhere that wasn't unbearably hot and we could spend the entire day and night outdoors. We could tell he has his roots in Illinois for sure. He felt quite at home.

It's a pretty good overview of what we were up to while we there. The main things missing are pictures of Matt's Dad and Grandma Bea (sorry). I was messing with the camera a lot when we were there and many of my shots are nothing but blurs.

I'm not in most shots because if I wasn't holding the camera I was probably knitting or just enjoying our time there. Yay vacation!
