take an entire sheet of pirate tattoos, lie a (shirtless) boy on the floor, take a very damp towel, and tattoo like crazy. that was what we did after this boy requested countless tattoos. why not? we had fun and he was the envy of all the older boys at the gym the other day. and honestly, i think the girls thought it was pretty cool, too.
(and his neck? that dark spot? that's a jolly roger, at his own request. pretty hard core, huh?)
*oh, and he's not throwing punches. he's flexing his popeye muscles.*

Hi Jessica-this is your Aunt Barb writing to you. Love Henry's tats-he is so adorable. You probably don't know but we live in Aiken SC now (built a new home in Cedar Creek and moved in last FEB.) Anyway I know you were here last nite with Matt & Bea and am SO upset we missed you. We had fully intended to go to the reception and I totally screwed up and thought it was tonite (Fri.) I called today and found out you were all here YESTERDAY! We were just planning on meeting Matt and seeing his work-didn't know you would be here too. Anyway we did go see his work which is lovely-know you are so proud of him. I guess it just wasn't meant to be to get to see you. I look at your blog pretty regularly (you write beautifully!) and your kids are both adorable. Also wanted to say we go thru Atlanta back and forth on the way to Mom's and she (and us) would just love to get to see the kids and you both sometime when we do. We go and get her a couple times a year and bring her back here for a week or so. So if you are willing please email me back and let us know if that would be ok sometime. We might go this spring sometime soon but have no plans yet. We could just meet you somewhere too if you would rather do that. But it would mean alot to Mom to get to see those kids and you. And we haven't seen you since Dad's funeral. Anyway long comment I know but tell Matt sorry we missed all of you-really bummed about it.
